A leading investment professional with more than 30 years’ experience in wealth management, Norman Nabhan is a member of Graystone Consulting, a Morgan Stanley business. Based in Houston, Graystone Consulting serves institutional investors, providing comprehensive investment advice and services to a wide range of clients, including state and local governments, foundations and endowments, and health care organizations. In addition to his principal role as Managing Director of Wealth Management, Norman Nabhan serves as an Institutional Consulting Director and Financial Advisor within the company, working with a dedicated consulting team to create customized investment strategies for clients.
Prior to joining Graystone Consulting, Norman Nabhan was the President of Citigroup Investment Advisory Services, where he managed $6 billion worth of discretionary assets for his institutional clients. He also previously served as Citigroup/Smith Barney’s National Director of Investment Consulting, increasing revenues during his tenure from $1 billion to $2.3 billion. Nabhan’s professional certifications include the Accredited Investment Fiduciary certification (AIF) given by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, and the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation (CIMA) awarded by the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business.
Norman Nabhan is a Director Emeritus of the Investment Management Consultants Association, having been the association’s President for two years and a member of the Board of Directors for eight, and a Past President of the Association of Professional Investment Consultants. He has previously served on the Alternative Investment Advisory Board for the Purdue University Endowment, his alma mater, and on Boston College’s Advisory Board of the Center for Wealth and Philanthropy.
